We've been at the Neelam Centre in Worli for a while now. It's a busy spot on Hind Cycle Road. Most days we are just busy handling the furniture hardware and hinges that come through here. If you know the Ab Road area, you know how it gets with traffic and people moving around. Our office is in B-207. It isn't a massive showroom or anything fancy, just a place where we keep track of things and make sure the orders get where they need to go. We deal with a lot of cabinet makers and folks in the construction trade who need specific fittings for their projects. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's just us sorting through catalogs and technical specs. It's practical work. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations in the office because we're usually focused on the inventory and helping people find the right parts for their kitchens or wardrobes. People come by, ask about different runners or lift systems, and we try to sort them out. Living and working in Worli means we are right in the middle of everything. It’s a bit noisy outside sometimes with the construction and the traffic, but we like being here. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the hardware we supply does what it is supposed to do without much fuss and without needing any complicated adjustments later on.
