Grasim Industries Ltd

Up here in Thane, Grasim Industries Ltd is based out of the Hiran Co-Op Hsg Society in Lokgram, Kalyan. It’s a bit of a residential feel, which is actually quite nice for a change. We are part of the local community in a way that bigger offices aren't. Being in a housing society means we see the neighbors coming and going all the time. Our office is just a regular unit where we handle our business affairs. It gets a bit crowded in the mornings when everyone is heading to work, but once the day starts, it settles down. We’ve been here in Lokgram for a while. Kalyan is a busy place, but our little corner is relatively calm. We don't have any big marketing plans or anything; we just focus on the job we have to do. The team is small and we all pitch in with whatever is needed. It’s a very hands-on environment. Sometimes we have to deal with the usual city issues like power cuts or rain, but we manage. It’s just part of life in Thane. We don't try to look like a massive corporation. We’re just people working in a building, trying to stay efficient. It’s practical and it works for us. If you’re around the Hiran society, that’s where you’ll find us, likely buried in some paperwork or on a call. We just keep our heads down and get through the work day.
