If you head over to Goregaon East in Mumbai, you’ll find us in the Gokuldham area. We are in B-33, A-Wing, specifically Flat No. 103. It’s a residential building, so it doesn't feel like a cold corporate office at all. Working from a flat gives it a much more personal feel, and we’ve grown to like the neighborhood quite a bit. There’s always something happening outside, and the sounds of Mumbai are just part of our background noise while we work. For Grasim Industries Limited, this is our little hub. We deal with all the typical office tasks—phone calls, data entry, and coordinating with others. Since we are in an apartment, the layout is a bit unique for an office, with different rooms used for different tasks. We don’t have a fancy entrance, just a regular door that stays shut while we’re busy inside. It’s a practical setup for the team we have. We try to keep things tidy, but with so much going on, there’s usually a bit of a mess on someone’s desk. We’re not here to impress anyone with decor; we’re here to get the work done. It’s a comfortable place to spend the day, and being in Goregaon makes it easy for most of us to commute. We just take things one day at a time, making sure the paperwork is done and the computers are off before we leave.
