Grasim Industries Limited

We are based in Thakur Village, over at Ng Sun City Phase II in Kandivali East. Our unit is 502 in the 2C building. Mumbai is always moving, and Thakur Village is no exception. It’s a busy residential hub, and being in a complex like this means there’s always something happening around us. The office itself is fairly small. We’ve got our computers, a small seating area, and plenty of files. It feels more like a workspace than a cold corporate office. The commute can be a bit of a nightmare for some of the guys coming from further south, but we make it work. We usually start the day with some quick catch-ups before diving into the tasks at hand. It’s a lot of coordination and paperwork, really. Since we’re in a residential-commercial mix area, the atmosphere is a bit different than a strictly industrial zone. You get the sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day. We don't have a fancy reception or a big marketing team. We just focus on the operations side of Grasim here. Most of the people in the building know us by now. It’s a practical location for us, even if the elevators are slow sometimes. We just try to stay organized and keep the workflow steady despite the usual Mumbai chaos outside our windows. We have been in this spot for a while now and the local food is decent too.
