Our place is in B-703 at Shiv Shankar CHS, which is on plots 32 to 34 in Sector 35 of Kamothe. It’s near the Mansarovar side of things in Navi Mumbai. Being on the seventh floor gives us a bit of a view, but mostly it's just a quiet place where we handle the Graffiti India business. Kamothe is a growing area, and it’s a bit of a trek from the main parts of Mumbai, but we like it here. The cooperative housing society is a mix of families and small offices like ours. We don't have a big lobby or a flashy sign. It’s just a regular door with our name on it. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of papers. We handle everything from here, from taking orders to sorting out logistics. The elevator in Shiv Shankar can be a bit slow during the morning rush, so we’ve learned to be patient. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a corporate look. We just want a functional space where we can work in peace. Sector 35 is relatively organized, which helps when we have deliveries. We know the local chai stall and the courier guys pretty well. It’s a straightforward, no-nonsense setup for us. We just show up every day and get to work on whatever needs doing. There is no magic to it, just keeping everything moving along smoothly each week.
