Grace Fitness Centre

Grace Fitness Centre is located on the first floor of Bhanu Bhavan in Goregaon East. We are right on Aarey Road, very close to the Udipi Vihar restaurant and the local police station. It’s a busy corner of the neighborhood with a lot of people passing through all day long. Many of our regulars have been coming here for years. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows each other’s names and asks about their families. You won't find any of those fancy modern machines with TV screens on them here. We just have the basic stuff that works, like dumbbells and benches. The floor is a bit worn in some spots from all the use, but we think it gives the place some soul. When it’s raining outside and we have to keep the windows shut, it can get a bit stuffy, but we manage. We aren't a big chain or anything, just a small local gym that’s been around for a good while. Most of the time, you’ll find us just tidying up or helping someone with their form. It’s a very down-to-earth spot. People come here because they want to work out without any of the ego or the loud music you find elsewhere. It’s just a simple setup for people in Goregaon who want to stay in shape. We’re open early and stay open late. There is usually someone around to help if you need it.
