G.P.Buildcon Pvt. Ltd.

G.P.Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. is based out of the Gokul building in Malad West. We are in unit C 101, right in the Goraswadi area of Mumbai. Malad is a busy place, and Goraswadi has its own rhythm with all the small businesses and families living close together. Our office is a simple one. We have some chairs for visitors and a big table where we spread out our drawings and plans. Mr. C 101 is where we handle the administrative side of the building work. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on materials. It’s not a glamorous job. There is usually some dust on the floor from people coming in from construction sites. We don't have a marketing department to tell our story. We just talk to people face-to-face and get things sorted out. The phone rings a lot, and there is always some issue with a delivery or a timeline that needs fixing. We drink a lot of tea while we work through the problems. Our team is small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to filing the tax papers. We’ve been in this part of Mumbai for some time now and we know the local suppliers pretty well. It is just a straightforward business where we focus on getting the buildings up and keeping the paperwork straight without any extra fluff or fancy words.
