Our office is tucked away in Thakur Nagar, over in Majaswadi. If you’re familiar with Jogeshwari East, you know it’s a crowded place with lots of energy. We’ve been at 4/10 for a while now. It’s not a huge space, but it serves us well for what we do. Most of the time we are out at sites, but this is where the planning happens. Being in Mumbai means things move fast, and we try to keep up without losing our heads. We aren’t some massive corporation with glass walls. We’re just local builders who know these streets and the kind of homes people need here. Sometimes the rains make everything difficult, especially with transport, but we manage. We handle the brick and mortar stuff, plus all the permits that come with building in a city like this. It’s hard work and the sun is usually beating down, but we like seeing a project go from a sketch to a real structure where families actually live. There’s always something to fix or a delivery that’s running late, so it keeps us on our toes. We have a small team, mostly folks who have been with us for years. We don't spend much on advertising because word of mouth usually does the trick in this neighborhood. If you need to find us, just look for the gate in Majaswadi. We’re usually around until late evening to finish the paperwork.
