We are based out of Mulund East, which is a pretty well-known part of the city. Being a Govt Of Maharashtra office here means we see a lot of people coming through every day. Our address is quite simple, just Mulund East, and that’s how most people know us. We don't have a big, shiny building with glass walls. It’s more of a traditional setup where you’ll find plenty of paper, old desks, and people who have been doing this for decades. The office is usually humming with the sound of fans and people talking. It can get a bit crowded when there’s a rush, but we just take it as it comes. We aren’t interested in looking like a modern startup. Our focus is on the paperwork and the processes that have been around for years. Sometimes the computers are slow, or the phone won’t stop ringing, but that’s just part of the job. Most of us live around this area, so we know the local shops and the shortcuts to the station. We don’t have a mission statement hanging on the wall; we just have a list of things that need to be finished by five o’clock. It’s a very practical way to work. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or logos. As long as we have enough pens and the files are in order, we’re doing alright. That’s how it is for us here in Mulund.
