You can find our shop in Malad East at Govind Nagar. We are Shop No. 3 in the Jivan Vibhuti CHS. It’s right opposite Hajibabu Road and fairly close to the BMC Hospital. Being near the hospital means there’s always people walking by. We sell all kinds of sports gear, like cricket bats, footballs, and carrom boards. The shop is small and we have stuff stacked up to the ceiling sometimes. It can be a bit hard to find exactly what you want if we haven't tidied up in a few days. We get a lot of kids coming in after school looking for cheap plastic balls or maybe a new pair of shoes. It’s a noisy place because we usually have the radio on or people are testing out the bounce of a ball. We’ve been in this spot at Jivan Vibhuti for a long time. The street outside is always busy with rickshaws and delivery vans. We don't have a website or anything fancy. We just open up in the morning and wait for customers. Sometimes we stand outside the shop for a bit of air when it gets too stuffy inside. It’s a simple life selling sports things to the local neighborhood. We know most of the regulars who live in the buildings around Govind Nagar. It’s just a basic shop doing its thing day after day. That is all there is to it.
