You can find Radhika Plas Enterprises at No. 3/6 in the Nahar Singh Compound on Ram Mandir Road in Goregaon West. This is a very industrial part of town, so there is always the sound of machinery and trucks in the background. Our unit is just one of many in the compound. We have been operating here for a good number of years. Inside, we have our machines set up for working with plastic materials. It is a bit cramped because we have to store both the raw stuff and the finished pieces in the same space. We don't have a separate office, just a small desk where we keep our records and handle the bills. Most of the time we are on the floor, keeping an eye on the production. It can get quite dusty and hot, but that is just the nature of this kind of work. We have a few employees who live nearby and have been with us for a long time. We aren't trying to be a huge corporation. We just want to do our work and keep the people we work with happy. We don't spend money on advertising or fancy websites. Word gets around the compound and the local area about what we do. We take our breaks together and talk about the news or the weather. It is a very practical, hardworking environment, and we are fine with that.
