The office for Jmd Online Business is tucked away in Bhagat Singh Nagar No. 1, right near the Oshiwara Industries area. If you know Goregaon West, you know it’s a packed place with lots of small businesses squeezed together. We are located at D 10, not far from Kranti Chawl and the Shree Ram Welfare Society. It’s a bit of a maze getting here sometimes, but we’ve been in this spot for a while. We handle all our online work from this small space. It’s mostly just us sitting at desks, keeping track of orders and talking to people on the phone. It gets pretty loud outside with all the industrial activity nearby, but we’re used to it by now. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of staff. It’s just a handful of us making sure things run like they should. Every morning we open up, check the emails, and get to work. The neighborhood is lively, and there’s always someone stopping by for a chat or to ask about what we do. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a workspace where we focus on getting the tasks finished before the day ends. You can hear the chai seller calling out in the afternoons, which is usually when we take a small break before finishing up for the evening. Goregaon is a tough place to work sometimes because of the traffic and the heat, but we like being part of the local scene here.
