We are situated at 8/87 in Pramal Nagar, right off S.V. Road. If you know this part of town, you know it is always moving. Our building is nothing special to look at from the outside, but it’s where we do all our daily work. We handle various international bits and pieces, which mostly means a lot of paperwork and phone calls. The office is often cluttered with files and packages waiting to go somewhere. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have learned how to navigate the system over the years. Some days the phones don't stop ringing, and other days it is quiet enough to hear the traffic outside clearly. We don't have a dress code or anything formal. We just wear what’s comfortable and get to work. The tea guy comes around twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a break. We’ve been at this spot for a good while and have seen businesses come and go around us. We just keep our heads down and manage the logistics. It’s not a glamorous life, but it keeps us busy and pays the bills. We prefer the straightforward approach to things. If someone calls with a question, we just give them the honest answer without any extra fluff.
