Gopal Forge Industries

Gopal Forge Industries is located at 51/11, Dr. M G Mahimturu Marg. We are right opposite the Durgadevi Garden, so that is a good landmark if you are trying to find us. This is the 3Rd Kumbharwada Lane area. It is a very busy part of the city and there is always something going on outside our doors. We spend most of our time working with the forge and the hammer. It gets hot and noisy, especially when the machines are all running at the same time. The garden across the way is nice for a bit of air, but mostly we are inside the shop. We have been here for a good while. The space is a bit tight because that is just how it is in this lane. Everything is packed in close. We deal with various forging jobs as they come in. Some days are busier than others. It is a lot of hard work and physical labor. You won't find any fancy rugs or air conditioning in the main work area. It is just the tools, the raw material, and the finished parts. We usually have a few people running around making sure the orders are ready. Navigating the lane can be a struggle for bigger vehicles, but we manage to get things moved. It’s a practical setup and it works for what we need to do every day at 51/11.
