Goodwill Telecom is right here in Borivali West. We’ve been at 5/52 Srree Sai Co-Op Hsg Sty for a long time now. If you know the P And T Colony in Vakola, you know it’s a busy spot. We handle all sorts of phone stuff. People come in when their screens crack or when they need a new SIM card. It’s not a big fancy place, just a regular shop where we try to get things done. Sometimes the internet is slow or a customer is in a hurry, and we just do what we can. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we started. There used to be fewer buildings around here. Now it's always crowded with cars and bikes. We keep a lot of chargers and cables in the glass cases. Most days, it's just us helping locals with their recharges or fixing a port that stopped working. It gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic, but inside we just focus on the work. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation. We just want to stay open and keep the regulars happy. You can find us easily enough once you get into the colony area. It’s a simple setup with a counter and some chairs for people waiting. My brother helps out too when things get busy in the evenings. We usually close up late once the last customer leaves. That's pretty much how we run things here.
