Goldshield Services Private Limited is a bit of a smaller operation. We don't have a big storefront you can walk into. Most of our contact happens through the email makhisti@yahoo.com. We’ve been working this way for a while now. It’s easier for us to manage things without the overhead of a big fancy office. We do various service-based tasks. It’s mostly digital work or coordinating things from our home offices. We aren't some giant corporation with a call center. When you email us, you’re usually talking to one of the three people who actually run the place. It’s a very direct way of doing things. Sometimes it takes us a day to get back to you if we’re busy with another project, but we always respond. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves. It’s been a learning process. Some days are slow, and others we are working until late at night. We don't use a lot of fancy software. Just the basics to get the job done. It’s an honest way to make a living. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just look at what needs to be done and try to do it right. We don't have a physical address listed for customers to visit, so the email is really the only way to reach us. It works for the type of services we provide.
