Gold Star Impex

Our office is in Vile Parle East, right in the middle of Agrawal Market. We are in the Shyam Kamal building, specifically room A/202 in the West Wing on Tejpal Road. If you know this market, you know it is always humming with people and there is a lot of shouting and activity from the vendors outside. Gold Star Impex is a small operation where we handle import and export tasks. The office is a bit cramped because we have so many files and catalogs piled up on every available surface. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that; usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hello. The windows look out over the market, so there is always something to see, though it can get pretty noisy during the festival seasons. We spend most of our time tracking shipments on the computer or talking to transporters about delays. Tejpal Road is a good location for us because it is easy for people to find, even if the traffic is a nightmare most days. We keep a kettle in the corner for making tea, and that is about as fancy as our amenities get. We are just a group of people trying to make sure our clients get what they ordered on time. It is honest work and we like being in such a lively part of the city.
