We operate out of 17 Vikhroli, specifically in the Veera Complex on the 4th Cross. It’s a bit tucked away in Okilik Puram, so you have to keep an eye out for the sign or you might miss the turn. The building is a busy one with different types of businesses on every floor. We handle Godrej Security Solutions from here. It’s mostly about safes, locks, and making sure things are kept where they belong. The office is full of heavy metal cabinets and sample locks that we use for demonstrations. It’s a bit of a heavy-duty environment, not really the place for soft carpets or fancy art. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with technicians who are out on the field. The Veera Complex has its own rhythm, with delivery trucks coming in and out all day long. Lunchtime usually involves finding a spot in the local canteen or just eating at the desk while finishing up a report. It’s a lot of logistics and making sure the inventory matches what the computer says. The air in Vikhroli can get a bit heavy with all the industrial activity around, but we’ve got good fans and a small AC unit that keeps the office bearable. We’re just a group of people making sure the security products get to where they need to go every single day.
