This branch is over at Plant 4A in Pirojshanagar, which is part of Vikhroli West. It’s a big industrial area, and our spot is right in the middle of all that activity. We handle work for Godrej Locking Solutions & Systems / Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. from this specific building. Since it’s a manufacturing site, there’s always a lot of noise from the machines and trucks coming in and out at all hours. We don't have a fancy retail storefront here; it’s more about the production and getting things shipped out to where they need to go. The staff here are mostly local folks who have been working in the plant for years. We all wear the same practical clothes and spend our shifts making sure the locks are built right. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find plush carpets or quiet meeting rooms. We have a small canteen where we eat together and talk about the news or how the local cricket team is doing. It’s a very grounded environment. We deal with keys, bolts, and all sorts of metal hardware every single day. Even though it’s a large company, this specific plant feels like its own little community. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay on schedule. It’s hard work, especially when it gets hot in the summer, but we just get on with it because that’s what needs doing.
