We work out of Plant 35 in Pirojisha Nagar, over in Vikhroli. Specifically, we’re the E&E Service department. It’s a large industrial area, and it can be a bit of a maze if you aren’t familiar with the layout. The plant is a big, functional space where we handle a lot of technical servicing. It’s not the kind of place with carpets and quiet hallways; it’s more about concrete floors and the sound of tools. We’ve been stationed here in Vikhroli for a good while. The daily routine is pretty set. We get the service requests, we check the equipment, and we get to work. It’s a lot of hands-on stuff. The area around Pirojisha Nagar is quite green compared to the rest of the city, which is a nice change when you step outside for a break. Inside the plant, though, it’s all business. We keep our tools organized and our records updated. It’s a massive operation, but our section feels like a tight-knit group. We know the machines we work on inside and out. We don’t go for anything fancy. We just focus on the service tasks that come our way every day. It’s a steady, hardworking environment where everyone knows what they need to do to keep things running. That is how we stay busy throughout the year.
