Goden Precision Products P Ltd.

We have been here at Manoj Industrial Estate for quite a while now. Most days it is just about getting the work done and keeping the machines running. It is busy around Wadala, especially on G.D. Ambekar Road, but we managed to find our spot at number 51. The floor stays pretty noisy with the stuff we make. We handle precision products mostly. It is a technical job that needs a lot of focus. Sometimes things break or we have to redo a batch, but that's just how the shop floor works. We don't have a fancy office or anything. It's mostly just workbenches and tools. People come and go, some stay for years because they know the rhythm of the place. We try to keep things moving. The weather in Mumbai gets really hot, which makes the factory floor tough sometimes, but we get through it. There is always someone checking the measurements. If you walk past the estate, you’ll probably hear the hum of the gear. We started small and stayed here because it works for us. Our neighbors are other small workshops, so everyone knows everyone. We don't spend much time on the computer, usually just enough to check orders. Most of our time goes into the metal and the machines. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we do. We just focus on making what is asked for and getting it out the door on time. That is the daily routine here at Goden Precision.
