Goal Fitness

Goal Fitness is located on the ground floor of the Lawrence Trade Centre. We are on Manikpur Road in Vasai Road West. A good landmark to find us is the Catholic Bank, as we are right next to it. Being on the ground floor is handy because you don't have to deal with elevators or lots of stairs. It’s a pretty simple setup inside. We have the weights and the machines laid out across the floor. Vasai is a busy area, and Manikpur Road has a lot of foot traffic, so there is always something happening outside. We get a lot of locals who walk over from their homes nearby. It has been our spot for a while now. We don't do anything too fancy or modern. It is just a gym where you can come and do your thing. The morning crowd is usually the older folks and early risers. By evening, it's mostly people coming back from their jobs in the city. It can get a bit humid during the monsoon months, but we keep the fans going. We don't have many staff members, just a few of us who keep things running and make sure the place stays clean. If you're looking for a place that's easy to get to and doesn't have any corporate fluff, this is it. It’s just a regular local gym for the Vasai community. We like it that way and so do the people who train here. There is a small changing room in the back, too.
