Our office is tucked away at 53-A in Pali Village, right on 16th Road in Bandra. It is an old building and we have been using this space for our operations for a long time. Being in Bandra means there is always something happening outside, but once you step inside, it is mostly just us dealing with paperwork and phone calls all day. We handle a lot of different things coming in and going out, so the desks are usually covered in files and shipping documents. It is not a huge corporate office with glass walls; it feels more like a lived-in workspace where everyone knows each other well. We have a small staff and we usually eat lunch together in the back area. The 16th road gets quite crowded in the evenings, so we try to get our main logistics sorted before the traffic hits its peak. Sometimes the internet acts up or the courier is late, and we just have to figure it out as we go. It’s a practical setup that works for what we do. We don't spend much on decorating the place because we are too busy keeping track of the boxes and the schedules. It is just a regular workplace where people show up, do their jobs, and head home through the busy Mumbai streets. We like being part of the local community here in Pali Village despite the constant rush.
