GM Designs & Contracts

You can find GM Designs & Contracts over in Goregaon East. We are located in Wing A of Corporate Avenue on Sonawala Road. It’s right near Udyog Bhavan, which is a major landmark in this part of the city. The area is quite industrial and busy, and that suits us just fine. We do both the design work and the actual contracting. This means we are often out on sites getting our hands dirty rather than sitting in an office all day. Our space in Corporate Avenue is where the planning and paperwork happen. It is a very no-nonsense kind of place. We don't have fancy decor or expensive art on the walls. We just have desks, computers, and stacks of site reports. We have been working around Goregaon for a long time and we know how the local systems work. When clients come to us, they are usually looking for someone who can actually finish a job. We try to be very clear about how long things will take and what they will cost. It is a tough business with many different things that can go wrong. We just take it one step at a time and try to solve problems as they come up. Most of our day is spent talking to suppliers or checking on progress at a site. We just focus on getting the work done.
