We are based over in Mira Road at Rehmat Manzil. The office is on the third floor, room 303, right behind Shams Musjid. It’s a busy neighborhood in Thane, always something going on outside the windows. Gm Bijlani has been around the construction scene for a while now. We don't have a big flashy showroom or anything like that. It is just a workspace where we look over site plans and handle the billing. The stairs up to the office can be a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up again. We spend a lot of our time out on actual sites, so the office is sometimes quiet, then suddenly everyone is back at once and it gets loud. We deal with the usual construction headaches, permits, and materials. It’s honest work and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. Most of the people working here have been with us for years. We know the local area well. There is a small tea stall nearby where we usually end up talking shop. It’s not a corporate setup with glass walls. We have wooden desks and a lot of dusty files from old projects. We just focus on getting the buildings up and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the month. It’s a simple operation. We try to keep things moving along steadily.
