Our place is in the Kailash Esplanade building, units B-305 and 306. It’s right across the street from Shreyas Cinema on L.B.S. Marg in Ghatkopar West. If you’ve been to this part of Mumbai, you know how busy the traffic gets outside. Inside the office, it’s a bit quieter but usually full of wood samples and brochures. We spend most of our time talking to people about different types of plywood and laminates. It’s not a huge space, so we have things stacked up quite high. Sometimes it’s hard to find a specific sample under all the others. The light comes in through the windows facing the road, and you can see the cars crawling by all day. We’ve been here for a while and the security guards at the mall know us well. It’s a convenient spot for people to drop in after they finish their shopping or errands nearby. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with uniforms. It’s mostly just us in jeans or simple clothes, making phone calls to suppliers and checking on deliveries. The tea guy comes by twice a day and that’s when we usually take a break. It's a busy little office where we handle the paperwork and show people what we have available for their homes. Nothing too fancy, just a regular business office in a busy neighborhood.
