Global Composites & Structurals Ltd, Wada, Mumbai

We are set up over in Belapur, specifically at Progressive Villa-G in Sector No. 19. It is a quiet enough area for an office, even if the work we do at Global Composites & Structurals Ltd is often quite involved. Flat No. 31 is where the paperwork happens and where we take calls. Wada is where a lot of the actual heavy manufacturing gets done, but this Navi Mumbai spot is our base for sorting things out. We work with composites and structural materials, which means a lot of technical talk and checking plans. It is not the kind of job where you sit around doing nothing. There is always a blueprint or a spec sheet that needs looking at twice. We aren't a massive corporate team with fancy suits or anything like that. Most days we are just regular people trying to figure out how to get the next project moving. The office feels like a home because it is in a villa, which makes the long hours a bit easier to deal with. Sometimes the phone does not stop ringing and other times it is dead quiet while everyone is focusing on their screens. We deal with a lot of different suppliers and clients, so there is always a mess of notes on the desks. Living and working in Sector 19 is convenient for the commute, though parking can be a bit of a headache. We just focus on getting the structural parts right.
