Our space in the Balkrishna Centre is where all the work happens. It’s not a massive facility, but we’ve organized it so we can handle the glass polishing tasks that come our way every day. Most of our time is spent working with our hands and making sure the items we are working on are done correctly. It can be a bit noisy outside with all the buses and people, but once we get into the flow of work, we don't notice it as much. We don't have a fancy website or a bunch of slogans; we just rely on the fact that we show up every day and do what we say we are going to do. The team here is small and we’ve all been working together for a long time, so things run pretty smoothly without much fuss. We like being in this part of Mumbai because everything you need is right there, and it’s easy for people to reach us.
