Giftz Unlimited

We are located at 30/E in the Laxmi Industrial Estate. It is right on New Link Road in Andheri West. Being in an industrial estate means there is always a lot of activity. Trucks are coming in, people are carrying boxes, and there is a constant noise from the nearby units. Giftz Unlimited is basically a large warehouse space where we keep all our stock. There are shelves reaching all the way to the ceiling and they are packed with all kinds of items. It is a bit dusty because of all the cardboard boxes, but that is the nature of the business. The traffic on New Link Road is usually a nightmare, so we try to get our shipping done early in the morning before the roads get blocked. We have a small area cleared out for a couple of desks where we handle the orders and the phones. It is not a place where we host fancy meetings. Usually, we are just wearing comfortable clothes and moving boxes around. We spend most of our time checking inventory and making sure everything is packed properly so nothing breaks. It is a busy life in Andheri, and there is never a quiet moment in the estate. We just focus on getting the gifts out to where they need to go and making sure we don't run out of packing tape.
