Pamek Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is found at 13, Khetani Estate, Sonapur Lane, in Kurla (W). Kurla is always a busy place, and Sonapur Lane is no different with all the people and vehicles moving about. We’ve been at this particular spot for a while now, tucked away inside the estate. The space is mostly filled with large containers and some old wooden furniture that has seen better days. It certainly isn’t a fancy office with glass walls or modern lights. We have a small crew of people who show up every morning, mostly taking the local train and then walking a bit to get here. The air usually has a bit of a sharp smell because of the chemicals we handle, but we don't really think about it much anymore. During the monsoon season, the lane outside gets a bit flooded, and we have to be careful about making sure the stock stays dry. We spend most of our hours checking through lists and making sure things are moving out of the gate on time. There is a small tea stall nearby where we often go when we need a short break from the heat. We don't have any big meetings or long speeches about our goals. We just look at what needs to be finished before the day ends and we do it. It’s just a practical way to run things.
