Gherzi Eastern Limited

We've been at Flat B/103 in the Greenwich building for a while now. It's part of the Hiranandani Estate area in Thane West. Getting here usually involves driving down Ghodbunder Road. Most days, the traffic is exactly what you’d expect from this part of the city. We’re right there in Patlipada. The building itself is one of those tall ones you see everywhere in this neighborhood. Our office is just a regular spot where we get our work done. There’s a kitchen corner where the kettle stays busy and a few desks piled with papers. It gets bright in the afternoons when the sun hits the windows. Sometimes we hear the construction noises from nearby projects. It's a busy part of Thane, but inside it's mostly quiet. People come in, say hello, and go about their business. We don't have any fancy receptionists or marble floors. It’s just us. Sometimes the lift takes a minute if it's during the morning rush. We know the security guards by name. It feels like a community here. There are some decent places to grab lunch nearby if you don't mind a short walk. We usually just bring tiffins anyway. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we handle at Gherzi Eastern Limited. Nothing too flashy, just a place to sit and focus. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for now. We like it here.
