We are located all the way up on the 8th floor of the Ashuthosh Co-Op Hsg Soc in Jawahar Nagar. Geniuslux Industry Co.Ltd. has been based here in Flat No. 801 for quite some time. Goregaon is a hectic place to work, but being on the 8th floor gives us a bit of a break from the street noise. The view from the window overlooks Plot 332 and Road No. 18, and you can see the city stretching out for miles. Sometimes the elevator in the building is under maintenance, and walking up eight flights of stairs is definitely not something we enjoy. The office is mostly filled with lighting samples and different types of fixtures we are testing out. It is a bit of a cramped space because we have so many boxes stacked against the walls. We are a small crew, mostly just family and a few close friends who have been with us since the start. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. We just handle the orders as they come in and make sure the deliveries are sent out from the warehouse downstairs. Jawahar Nagar is a good spot because everything we need is within walking distance. We usually wrap up the work by six or seven, unless there is a big shipment arriving. It is a simple way of doing business, and we prefer it that way.
