Garnet Constructions Pvt. Ltd

Our office is located in Konark Plaza, right in the Panvel area. Being in Navi Mumbai means we are around a lot of new building projects all the time. Garnet Constructions Pvt. Ltd has been part of this neighborhood for a bit now, and we’ve seen how much Raigad has changed over the years. We spend most of our mornings looking at site plans or talking to contractors who drop by the office. It can get pretty noisy around here with the traffic and people coming in and out of the plaza, but we like the energy. It’s better than being tucked away somewhere quiet. We deal with a lot of different people, from guys on the site to folks looking for their first home. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure materials arrive and schedules don't slip. Sometimes things don't go exactly as planned, like when the weather gets bad during the monsoon, but we just adjust. Everyone in the office knows their job, and we don't really do the whole corporate thing. We just sit around, drink some chai, and figure out the next steps. The plaza is a good landmark, so people don't usually have trouble finding us. We have a few old desks and some tall filing cabinets that have been here since we started. It’s not the most modern office, but it’s comfortable. Most of us live nearby in Panvel, so we don't have to deal with the really long commutes. We just come in, do our bit, and go home. It’s a decent way to earn a living.
