Gannon Dunkerly Ltd is located over at Plot No.154 in Bajajnagar. This is Jayant M. Raut’s place in Nagpur-10. Bajajnagar is a decent area, quite central and easy to get to if you’re coming from different parts of the city. The office is just a regular building on a regular street. There’s a small patch of ground out front and a few trees nearby. Nagpur gets incredibly hot in May, so we spend a lot of time making sure the coolers are working. It’s not a fancy glass office. It’s more of a residential-style building converted into a workspace. We’ve got some desks pushed against the walls and chairs that have seen better days. We don't worry too much about the look of the place. As long as we have a spot to sit and do our tasks, it’s fine. The neighborhood is quiet enough, though you hear the occasional scooter or dog barking. People around here know the Raut plot. We get our mail delivered regularly and the postman usually stops for a second to say hello. It feels like a very local business because it is. No one is trying to be a big boss here. We just show up, do what’s required, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s a straightforward setup in a nice part of Nagpur.
