Gannon Dunkerley And Company Ltd. is located in the old Chartered Bank Building. We are up on the second floor. The building is on M. G. Road in the Fort area, which is full of history. You can feel the age of the place when you walk in. We even have a post box number, 1227, which feels a bit old-fashioned these days. Fort is a busy district with a lot of heritage, and we’ve been part of this landscape for quite some time. The office has high ceilings and that specific smell of old buildings and paper. We work at our desks, surrounded by files and the general hum of the city outside. M. G. Road is always packed with people and cars, but once you get up to the second floor, it’s a little quieter. We don’t have a modern, glass-and-chrome setup. It’s more traditional here. We focus on the work we’ve always done. The staff knows the neighborhood well, from the best places to get a quick lunch to the quickest way to the station. We aren't here to put on a show. We just use this space to manage our daily business. It’s a practical, well-worn office that suits us just fine. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, but we’re still here on the second floor.
