Gannon Dunkerley & Co. Ltd.

In Bhayander East, Gannon Dunkerley & Co. Ltd. operates out of the Asha Nagar building. We are up in flats 303 and 304 in building number three. It’s quite near Jashal Park, so there is always a lot of traffic and noise outside. Being in an apartment building for an office is pretty common around here. It’s a bit cramped with all the maps, files, and computers we have squeezed in, but it works for us. We have a view of the street, so we can see the chaos of the city every day. The staff mostly takes the train or rides scooters to get in. It’s a busy environment compared to some of our rural sites. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with different vendors and sites across the region. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is a bit of a workout. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one near the door. It’s a practical setup for managing the urban projects. We don't go in for fancy decorations. We just have our desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of files. Most of our day is spent tracking progress and making sure the billing is correct. It’s a fast-paced place, but we try to keep a level head.
