Our shop is tucked away in Borivali West, right inside the Shree Labh Apartments at Tulsi Baug Compound. If you are heading towards Savarkar Garden on T.P.S. Road, you’ll find us in unit A/101. It’s a quiet enough area compared to the main market, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on fixing things. The apartment building has its own rhythm, and we’ve become part of it over time. We have a lot of stuff packed into this small space, mostly wires, switches, and different electrical parts that people need for their homes. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll see big signs or bright lights. Usually, the door is just open and you can hear someone working in the back. There’s a specific smell of solder and old cardboard that never really goes away. We don’t have a big staff, just a couple of us who know the inventory inside out. Sometimes it gets a bit tight when a big shipment arrives and we have to stack boxes near the entrance. Most of the people who come by are locals from the neighborhood who’ve seen us here for years. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background to keep things from being too silent. It’s a basic setup, nothing more than what’s needed to get the job done every day. We just take things one day at a time, making sure the shelves are stocked and the paperwork is sorted.
