Gammon

Being over here at D/103 in Jay Palace is pretty convenient if you know the area. Versova always has something going on, and Yaari Road is usually packed with people and cars. We have been Gammon for a while now, and this spot in Andheri West is where we spend the bulk of our time. It’s a standard Mumbai apartment style setup that we turned into our workspace. The windows give us a bit of a view of the street below, which is great for people watching when we need a break. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which keeps us moving I guess. There is a local tea stall just a short walk away where we go when we need to clear our heads. The noise of the city is always there in the background, but inside the office, we try to keep things fairly organized. It’s not a huge place, but it fits us well enough. We don't have fancy receptionists or a lobby that looks like a hotel. It’s just us, some computers, and a lot of files. Working in this part of Mumbai means you are always in the middle of everything. It can be exhausting but it also keeps us on our toes. We like it here despite the humidity and the crowds. It's just the way things are in Versova and we are used to it.
