You will find us over at Parth Apartment in Patil Nagar, right near Ganesh Chowk in the Manjarli area of Badlapur West. The office is on the ground floor, which makes it easy for the site workers to pop in and out. It is a typical apartment setup that we have turned into a workspace. It is a bit tight when we have all the project managers in for a meeting, but we manage just fine. The neighborhood is a mix of homes and small businesses, so it feels like a community. We know the shopkeepers nearby and often see the same faces every morning. Inside, we have our desks pushed together and there is usually a lot of chatter about the latest site developments. We keep all our maps and permit papers in a big cabinet by the window. The lighting is not the best, but we have enough lamps to see the fine print on the blueprints. It is an unpretentious place. We do not have fancy signs or a big lobby. Most people just walk in through the main door. We spend our days coordinating materials and making sure the crews are where they need to be. It is a lot of phone calls and paperwork, but that is the reality of the construction business. We are just a local team doing the hard work to keep our projects on track in this part of Maharashtra. It is simple and it works for us.
