Our place is at 1/45 Bal Hanuman Nagar, right by the Satrasta area in Mumbai. It’s an old building, part of the Co-op Housing Society. We are just across from Kasturba Hospital, so it’s easy to find if you’re in the neighborhood. Mumbai is a crowded place, and our shop is no different. We’ve got stuff piled up, mostly parts for cooling towers and old tools. We’ve been here on J.R. Boricha Marg for years. It’s noisy outside with the traffic, but we’re used to it. We do a lot of industrial work across the city. It’s not just about building new towers; we spend a lot of time repairing the old ones that have been sitting on roofs for decades. The salt air in Mumbai is tough on metal, so there’s always something rusting that needs attention. We don’t have a big marketing team. We just talk to people. Sometimes we have tea with the shopkeepers next door while waiting for a delivery. It’s a simple life. We work hard, we go home, and we come back the next day to do it again. It’s a family-run feel, even if it’s a limited company on paper. We don't have fancy air conditioning in the office, just a couple of ceiling fans that have been running since I can remember. We keep a logbook of all our jobs on a dusty shelf in the corner of the back room.
