Galtron Electro Medical Private Limited is based over in Andheri East. We are tucked away in the Nahar & Seth Industrial Estate on Chakala Road. If you know the area, it's just off the main Andheri Kurla Road, which usually has a lot of traffic. We’ve been in the medical equipment business for a while now. It’s a serious field, obviously, but we try to keep our workplace relaxed. The office is basically where all the technical work and storage happens. We spend a lot of our time dealing with parts and making sure the machines are doing what they are supposed to. It’s not a shiny showroom type of place. It’s a working industrial unit. People come to us when they need specific medical electronics fixed or supplied. We don't have a big marketing department. Usually, word of mouth from hospitals or clinics is how we get our work. We just try to be reliable. Being in Andheri is good because we can get to most parts of the city relatively easily, even if the rain makes the roads a mess sometimes. Our staff knows their stuff when it comes to the technical side. We aren't big on corporate meetings or long presentations. We just focus on the equipment. If it's broken, we try to fix it. If someone needs a part, we find it. That’s how we operate every day. It is a very practical way to run a small company.
