Gala Thermo Shrink Pvt.Ltd. is situated at 15 ABCD in the Govt Indl Estate Charkop, Kandivali (W). Charkop is a busy place, and our unit is right in the middle of all the action. We deal with heat-shrinkable products, so the temperature inside the workspace can get quite high when the ovens are running. We have a lot of storage racks that reach all the way to the ceiling, and we’re always losing the ladder when we need to get something from the top shelf. The staff here is mostly local, and we’ve all known each other for years. We usually share snacks during the afternoon break and complain about the commute or the weather. It’s not a high-tech environment with shiny floors; it’s a practical factory where things get done. We spend a lot of time on our feet, moving between the different sections of the unit.
