Gajalee Coastal Annexe

We have been here at Udyog Sadan No 2 in Andheri East for a while now. If you know the area near the ESIC Hospital, you've probably walked right past us at Gajalee Coastal Annexe. It is usually pretty busy around here with the MIDC offices and people coming and going all day long. Inside, we just try to keep things moving and get the food out to the tables as fast as we can. Most people who come in are local workers or families from the neighborhood who want a meal without any fuss or frills. The space is simple. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy decorations because the focus is really just on the kitchen and the dining room. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy during the lunch rush, but that's just how it is in this part of Mumbai. We’ve got the regular crowd who comes in every week and knows exactly what they want before they even sit down. The staff knows most of the faces by now. It’s just a normal place to eat where you can sit down, have your meal, and get back to whatever else you were doing. No one is trying to be too flashy here. We are right on the ground floor of the E/3 building, so it's easy enough to find if you are looking for it. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but the fans keep the air moving well enough for everyone. We like being part of this busy corner.
