You can find us at 204 Sumer Kendra, right on Pandurang Budhkar Marg in Worli. It’s a busy part of the city, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. G Sheth Realtors Llp is basically a small group of us who know the Worli area inside out. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have a few desks and some old computers that take a minute to start up in the morning. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people at coffee shops nearby because it's often easier than them coming up to the second floor. The building has a lot of other businesses too, so it gets quite lively during the lunch hour. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or a person to greet you at the door. If you walk in, you’ll probably just see me or one of the others at our desks with a headset on. We deal with a lot of local property stuff, mostly just helping people find what they need without too much fuss or paperwork drama. It’s a lot of checking details and making sure names are spelled right, which can get boring, but it's the job. We don’t go in for all those shiny brochures or flashy advertisements. We just write things down and make sure the numbers add up. Sometimes the traffic on the Marg is so loud we have to keep the windows shut.
