G. M Panchal

G. M Panchal is located over at Plot B-8 in Parulekar Wadi. It is in the Katkari Pada area of Rabale, Navi Mumbai. This is a very industrial part of the city. We have a shed here where all the work happens. It is not air-conditioned or fancy, but it is where we get things done. The sun can get pretty hot on the roof in the afternoons, so we usually have the big fans going. We have been in Rabale for a long time and have seen the area grow and change quite a bit. Most of the people working here live nearby. We do not have a big HR department or a PR firm. If there is a problem, we just sit down and talk it out until it is fixed. Our equipment is old but we take good care of it so it keeps running well for us. We do not do much on social media or anything like that. We find that if you do a decent job for a fair price, people will find you again. The yard has some scrap and materials waiting to be used, which might look messy to some, but to us, it is just part of the process. We start early in the morning and we do not leave until the day's work is finished. It is a straightforward way of living and working. (250 words)
