We’re located at 201 Kalindas Udyog Bhavan, right on Sadanand Tandel Marg. It’s in the Century Bazar Lane area of Prabhadevi. This part of Mumbai is always moving. You’ve got the sea nearby, but you wouldn't know it from inside the industrial estate. Fulham India is just a regular office setup. We work in the lighting industry, specifically the components that make them work. The building itself is one of those classic Mumbai industrial structures where a lot of different businesses are squeezed together. The elevators are usually busy, so we often just take the stairs. It’s a practical place. We don't have a lot of fancy art on the walls or a receptionist in a suit. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and people trying to stay on top of their tasks. Lunchtime usually means heading out to the small stalls around Century Bazar. The traffic in Prabhadevi can be a nightmare in the evenings, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve been operating from this floor for quite some time. It’s a solid place to work and we’ve got a good group of people. No one here is trying to impress anyone; we just want to do our jobs well and get the shipments out on time. We often stay late when the orders pile up, but that is just the way it goes in this city.
