Our office is over in New Panvel, at the Ashish Housing Society. We are in 'A' Wing, Flat 103. It's a bit of a different vibe from our other locations, being in Sector 3. Plot Number 27 is easy to find if you're familiar with the Navi Mumbai layout. We do survey work here too. The society is mostly families, so it’s a quiet place to work during the day. We don't have a big sign outside or anything. It’s just a regular flat where we’ve set up our computers and files. Sometimes the neighbors wonder what we’re doing with all the equipment, but we’ve been here long enough that they’re used to us. New Panvel is growing fast, but our corner stays relatively calm. We handle the local surveying tasks and coordinate with the main office when needed. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. We don't have a fancy reception or a coffee machine that works all the time. We just drink tea from the stall around the corner. It’s a very basic, practical way of working. We like the area because it’s easy for us to get out to the field sites from here. It’s not a corporate headquarters, just a working office in a housing wing. We keep our hours regular and stay on top of the paperwork for the Mumbai projects.
