We are located in Govandi West, Mumbai. The office is Room No: B-48/1/12 in Gautam Nagar, ‘A’ Colony. It is a busy part of the city, and the area around Gautam Nagar is always full of movement. We do a mix of freight and travel-related work. It’s a lot of organizing and keeping track of various schedules. Our office is tucked away in the colony. It isn't very big, but it serves our purpose. We have stacks of files and some old maps on the walls. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so the fans are always running. We’ve been here for quite some time now and know most of the neighbors. Working in Govandi means you have to be ready for anything, especially with the local transport and the crowds. We don’t really do any big marketing. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they’ve seen us in the colony for years. It’s a simple setup. We come in, check the messages, handle the bookings, and make sure the cargo side of things is moving along. It’s not a glamorous job, but it is what we do. We like the local feel of being in a colony rather than some isolated office park. It keeps us connected to the real world and the local community around us.
