You can find our team at Flat No 204 in Madhu Residency, which is on Plot No 82/83 in the Sher-E-Panjab area of Andheri East. This is a busy part of Mumbai, and our office reflects that. We work for Freight Systems (I) Pvt. Ltd., handling the logistics and paperwork that comes with moving goods. The office is tucked away in a residential building, which gives it a more personal feel than those big office blocks. We have a few desks squeezed in and there is always paper everywhere—invoices, shipping bills, and schedules. It gets a bit hectic when the phones start ringing all at once in the morning. We do not have a uniform or anything, just some folks in shirts and trousers getting through the day's tasks. The weather in Mumbai can be a real pain for freight, especially during the monsoon, so we spend a lot of time checking on delays. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to be reliable for the people who trust us with their shipments. There is a small tea stall nearby where we go for breaks. It is a very local way of doing things. We know the building security and the other tenants well. It is a decent place to work from. We just focus on the logistics and try to keep the errors to a minimum. It is hard work, but we are used to the pace.
