Fouress Engineering(India) Ltd. is located in Mahalaxmi Chambers at number 22, Bhulabhai Desai Road. This is a well-known part of the city, and the building itself has been here for ages. We’re on one of the upper floors. The view from the windows is mostly of other buildings and the street below. Bhulabhai Desai Road is always packed with cars and people. It can be quite noisy if we leave the windows open during the day. Our office is a bit old-fashioned. We have heavy wooden desks and lots of metal cabinets for all our engineering drawings and files. It’s not the kind of place with open floor plans or bean bags. We’re more about the old-school way of doing things. The elevators in Mahalaxmi Chambers are a bit slow, so we often have to wait a few minutes in the lobby. We’ve been based here for a long time. The team is a mix of people who have been with us for decades and a few newer faces. We mostly spend our time on technical details and project planning. It’s a lot of focused work that requires quiet. We don’t have much in the way of decoration, just some calendars and a few photos on the walls. It’s a solid, dependable place to work. We just show up every day and get through the pile of work on our desks. It’s nothing fancy, just standard engineering work.
